On August 13, 1922, Mexico Baptist Church was organized with services being held in a school building with thirty-one dedicated men and women. The church grew so much that, in 1966, our present church building was constructed, with an addition to follow in 1989.. In 1998, the sanctuary was remodeled and is a beautiful place to worship the Lord.

Our Sunday School was organized in 1922 and Discipleship Training began in 1945. Both have classes available for all age groups.

In 1930, our Women's Missionary Union was started. We have Baptist Women, Dorcas, Baptist Young Women, Acteens, Girls In Action and Mission Friends. Our Brotherhood was organized in 1948, along with the Royal Ambassadors. Each group is very mission-minded and has been involved in several mission projects throughout the years.

Over the years, our church has been led by 15 various pastors. Our present pastor, Brother Tim Burdon, has been with us since October 2003.

We are truly grateful to the Lord for blessing Mexico Baptist Church throughout the years. We look forward to a wonderful future as we seek to do the Father's work.

We look forward to seeing you in Sunday School and our other worship services. Please feel free to contact us about any questions or comments you might have at welcome@mexicobaptist.org.
